Bank of America transfer my Loan to Nationstar and my problem started, today I’m asking everyone to please pray for me and my family, we are working on a modification since July 2014, they ended up putting it in Foreclosure knowing we are working out a mod.
They ended up getting a auction date for 9/24 which they had to reschedule to 12/9 because of the modification, they’ve made errors and trying to find ways not to approve it, but I have faith in God, today my lawyer is heading to court because the bank had to file another motion to cancel the foreclosure auction due to the active modification process, I’m asking for prayers that it will be granted in the mighty name of Jesus.
We can afford whatever the monthly payment they can approve its the arrearage because of a lender place insurance and when I applied for my own insurance coverage and didn’t know that they paid the insurance company without the inspection and everything else which resulted in the insurance company canceling the application and never returning the money to the mortgage which padded up my monthly payment again.
Lord help us and others who are going through the same/similar situation. Please turn today hearing in our favor in Jesus name, amen.
