I am really struggling with depression today. Just so tired mentally & physically and laid back down in bed & it’s almost noon on my off day. Need to be lifted from this pit of despair.

All my friends have a mate but me. It gets so hard at 37 motivating myself to get out there go on adventures & dream alone like I used to be able to. Can barely get strength to clean my house. Need something to look forward to and STRENGTH
