Please help me to sell my flat for a fair price. It has been on the market for 1 year now and the market value of the house has dropped quite considerably. It is a beautiful flat. I would love to move on with my husband to a new home for both of us, to start fresh and live somewhere we can both be happy. Selling the flat would help us to release some financial burden and give us a clearer path for our future.
