Dear Father,
It has been more than a week since I walked away from a great foundation with a great man. Though our relationship is fairly new we have been having difficulties and challenges in out seperate lives both with work, school, and schedules that has layed stress, anxiety and discomfort on us both.
As I pray each and everyday I asked you to give us strength to push through the storm but it feels as though I did the mere opposite. As we both took more time focusing on our individual selves instead of as a team united stronger and more able to take on the world, we began to separate. I felt of less worth, confused, frustrated, became doubtful, lost faith a few times, and hope was even questionable and then fearful. Lord, By losing sight, becomes weakness and distance came between us at a furious force.
I know two hearts together are stronger than one and I am fighting not to lose that.
After this painful breakup God, I am struggling because I realize I made a mistake that my ex still needs time for. Thergore, I first ask that you give me wisdom and strength to heal this relationship. We’re at the same situation. We broke up about 4 days ago and it upset me so much that I can’t have any chance to meet him or communicate with him. My mom was the one who phoned him and told him not to meet me anymore. It breaks my heart until now that I can only cry and pray and beg to God for His help. I keep in faith and believe that He will help me get through this problem. He knows more about us because He’s our Creator. He knows what we feel and how we want our lover back to us. He won’t fail us. Now, I still keep praying and believing and let Him work on us. I also try to approach my ex slowly day by day, although he has no response on my text or letter. I too am in the same situation. I have asked for your help Lord to help my lover to see that we can be together. He thinks we can’t. He plans on cutting off all communication after Christmas, right now we still talk but I can not convince him.

My heart is breaking…..I have never been in such a situation. I tried to divorce my husband 2x…there is a pull, within me to honor marriage and the “family.” But what has happened is during my time away from him I have fallen in love again with a man I was engaged to when I was 20 years old. My heart is with him. He is very Christian, my husband is not. He and I were discussing that Jesus warns us against divorce…..which made me FEEL I should return to my husband a second time. I am home again and guess where my heart is. My husband was abusive and I know I should have stayed away, yet he is willing to get help for his anger. I heart is in limbo…..how will I spend the rest of the years God gives me without this wonderful man who loves the Lord as I do?
