dear readers. you all are praying to get married. some of you all have been in relationships for years. and have been living in sin. how can God bless you and give you his “marriage” that you all are pleading to him for. he said in corinthians that he hates fornication because its sinning against his body. the temple of God. dont forget that we all belong to him. even if you get married hard problems will always arise because you marriage is blight with the sin of fornication. you need to confess these sins to God and try not to do them again. only then you can allow him to bless your life and give you your hearts desire. It will be extemely hard. I was and still am in your position and wondered why things were so hard for me in relationships and finances etc. then i realised that i had the sin of fornication keeping me back. I was taught that it was wrong but still went ahead as the world showed me. i thought that if i really wanted to be one with this person and for us to move forward in life i must give my all to him. he thought this also. we now know different. we as people need to let go and let God. sometimes the man or woman we think we need and pray for is not what God wants for us. We need to form a relationship with God through constant pray and then in his timing he would lead us to where he wants us, as we are his own. I just regret that i never knew this was the problem sooner.and i wished that i listened to god and not the world teachings. and maybe i would not have made the mistake of fornication. but i believe God came for the sinner and not the righteous and so im praying every day that God helps me with the temptation that the devil puts in front of us only to give us hurt and pain in the end…. Keep praying and talking with God whenever you feel doubt slipping its way into your mind. We are to pray without ceasing. I know you love your boyfriend very much, but love God most of all! There are some things you are to learn before you can step forward into marriage. I know because I am almost in the same situation as you. However, I have learned that God wants us to grow and be more like Jesus most of all. This is a heart thing. Read proverbs 30:10-31 and pray that God will transform into that kind of woman before you get married. That’s what I have been praying for myself. And yes, I will pray for you and your boyfriend. Also, remember that this may be a time of heart growth for your boyfriend. God is preparing him to be the husband you need.A husband takes care of his home and business.
