Father, Your daughter – my mother – will be 95 years old in August. We are thankful for this lovely woman and the joy and love she has provided to those around her. She has lost her parents, husband, a grandchild, her three sisters, five nephews, and most of her friends. Despite her dementia, she smiles, but struggles more and more as she misses her family who are with you now. Please give her strength and acceptance of her condition and also strength for my brother and me as we guide her in her journey to a happy conclusion. Many days are trying. Father, we need your comfort and guidance to show her she is loved and wanted in this world until she goes to be with you in a better place you have prepared for her. Thank you Father…
