Please help me to have a peaceful mind and body. Please help me to not worry about things that I can’t control. Help me to focus on the wonderful things in life. I am truly blessed and should be thankful. I do not want to worry about things that I can’t control.
I don’t want to be afraid that there is always something wrong with my body. Please give me patience, wisdom, and strength to get through this anxious time. Please help me to not put these worries on other people. I trust in You and know that You are with me always. Please help me to remember this during difficult times.
