Please pray that my daughter, who has been through many illnesses this year and is very hurt and angry will try to let go of her anger and fear and trust in the Lord. We had a huge argument last night and she says she won’t spend Christmas with the family. She had been drinking and had too much to drink and got angry. She’s 44 years old and along with her physical illnesses, suffers from anxiety and depression.
Please pray that our Lord will soften her heart and open it to the fact that she is loved and cared for by so many and that she will change her mind and come with us. Please also pray that this time together as a family will bring healing to us and we will keep in mind the REAL reason for this season is Jesus — not what is under the tree or on the table!
Also, please pray for me, her mother as I am so sad and heartbroken that this is happening now — as a mom you want to fix everything for your child, but the only one who can do that is Jesus. Thank you for your prayers on our behalf.
