I have damaged my children with my poor mental health. Please forgive me for the trauma I have caused them by my behaviour. Please enable them to know that my depression and actions when I am unwell doesn’t mean I don’t love them. Please heal their hearts and take away all the hurt and trauma I have caused them, and help them to lead happy and pain free lives. Set them free from all the anxieties they suffer because of me. Heal them please Lord. And finally please help me to be the mum they deserve to have . Help me to be more like you Lord Jesus. Amen
