Lord, you brought a wonderful woman into my brother’s life a year ago after times of great heartbreak. You have already blessed them with marriage and a beautiful child. This young couple is now facing separation as he undergoes what is proving to be a grueling treatment for lung cancer away from home.
Help these two see the blessings and comfort of extended family and friends as they endure sickness and time apart. Bring healing to their hearts as you mend his body. Please remove the cancer from his body, and make him stronger for the pain he currently endures. Please help all of those who love this young family of three to trust in your goodness, to let our faith in you be our shield against fear. In your name we pray, Amen!
