Dear God Almighty, in the name of Jesus. I would like to say thank you for all the blessings and miracles that bestowed upon me. and let me praised for the miracles that you have done in my life. and forgive me for all my sins. negligences and all of my transgressions of my past life.
Lord God, I come to you to say thank you for helping me get rid of the following not so good vices like of the stop drinking liquor and beverages, for stop in smoking, for stop womanizing or committing adultery, for not gambling and for trying to be a better person. I did these because I want my body cleanse from dirt of sins when times come the Holy Spirit will dwell within. I am proud of myself for sacrificing such things because of my Love for God Almighty.
Lord God, I come to you and pray that you will comfort and heal me whatever sickness I got from my body. I am inviting the Holy Spirit to dwell within me, to dwell in my heart, to illuminate my mind and to guide in all my undertakings. Lord God, You know my situation, and you know what sickness that I currently suffering and You know my petitions. please help me, as I believed that nothing is impossible to God. please miraculously heal my birth defects, and I promise to serve you with all my heart, for the rest of my life.
And please Bless us of sufficient wealth, so we can start helping the needy, the poor, the sick and less fortunate. may God Almighty make this happen ,as we are very much wanted to reach out the less fortunate children.
All of these, in the powerful name of Jesus, Amen.
