I ask my Heavenly Father to give me each of mind and carefree while at this time at work dealing with so much with the world on a daily basis. May The Lord use me but when doing so grant me peace and understanding. Ay I be a bridge to do his will helping others at my job but also in my family. Help me lose the weight I need also that will help my blood pressure and anxiety. Amen
