3. Stand strong
   

   I was bullied when I was in school. I want to tell you in hopes to encourage you, that the ones who are bullying you are actually the ones who have so much pain inside them and the only way for them to feel better is to take it out on someone else. It is good to stand up for yourself and definitely tell all your teachers and parents because it is thier job to protect you. Also please understand that life is sooooooo very different after school. I don’t know which grade you are in, but no matter what grade, I promise life after high school changes completely. People mature and many times the ones who bullied realize that what they did was wrong and they have remorse. Please stay strong, stand up for yourself and don’t let anyone EVER get the best of you because the best of you is for yourself! Peace and love to you.

   my daughter is in high scholl and a girl keeps trying to turn her friends against her. Iplease pray that we can get this to stop I can’t take it. Girls bully diffr=erent it is hard to prove. I really don’t know what to do. SHe is telling everyone lies and becuase she is cute they listen

   PLEASE LET SOMEONE KNOW WHAT YOU ARE GOING THROUGH. TALK TO A ADULT WHO WILL HELP YOU. I KNOW THIS IS TRESSFUL FOR MY SON WAS GETTING BULLIED AND IT STOPPED ONCE THE SCHOOL KNEW ABOUT THE SITUATION
