Dear Lord Jesus,
Thank you for your sacrifice for our redemption and our salvation. Firgive me all my sins and short comings. Guide me and keep me in your path. Strengthen my faith.
St Joseph please intercede in our families behalf to bring a solid, willing and compliant buyer for our house this week. Protect us from the stresses of negotiation with an offer to purchase our home near the appraisal value. Guide our sales closing to fast and smooth resolution favorable to us all.
