Lord I pray that the harsh discrimination against white people be stopped. Every application claims we are equal opportunity employers, race, ethinticity, age, sex does not matter. Then they ask are you male, female, black, white, Latino etc, how old are you in some manner or another. If it doesn’t matter and you are equal opportunity, then why are you asking. Look at the person’s resume are they qualified or not. Race doesn’t matter right. Now they ask questions like are you on food stamps, public assistance or have you or a member of your family ever have been. And they tell you we try to hire such people. That’s great. What about qualifications. Lord I prayer that you open the eyes of such injustice and others. Amen
