My unemployment is frozen and I cannot get in touch with anyone at EDD. I call them and they hang up on me because they say they can’t handle all the calls they are receiving (I’ve been calling everyday since April). I have also emailed them twice and have ticket #’s. They were supposed to answer me within 7-days and that didn’t happen. It’s been a month now with now response. I’m donating plasma for money while looking for work and it’s not enough to pay my bills. I need help!
