Saint Joseph, you who taught our Lord the carpenter’s trade, and saw to it that he was always properly housed, hear my earnest plea. We need for you to help us now as you helped your foster-child Jesus, and as you have helped many others in the matter of housing. We wish to sell our home at 615 N. Brentwood Drive quickly, easily, and profitably and we implore you to grant our wish by bringing us a good buyer, one who is eager, compliant, and honest, and by letting nothing impede the rapid conclusion of the sale.
Dear Saint Joseph, we hope you would do this for us out of the goodness of your heart and in your own good time, but our need is truly very great now and so we must make you hurry on our behalf as we are putting our son through college.
Saint Joseph, we are going to place you in a difficult position with your head in darkness (sorry) and you will suffer as our Lord suffered, until our beautiful home is sold. Then, Saint Joseph, We will swear before the cross and God Almighty, that we will take you from the ground and you will receive our utmost gratitude and a place of honor in our new place where ever that may be.
