by Robert (Gastonia, N.C. USA)

I feel ashamed weeping and crying out to God to help me out of a financial rut that through my own neglect and irresponsibility has got me in the state that I am in now. I am in distress. Please pray for me. I ask God to have mercy on me. Thank you all. I pray for the ones that are also are in a dark period of financial distress and that God in his righteous mercy will hear and provide their needs. Thank you

  2. Get the right help fast & let God help you as you start a new lifestyle that is financially healthy

I pray that through God you will be able to put your house in order. With credit cards, $6 coffees & things like that, not waiting for the right time to get what you need, everyone getting anything they like & the top of the line even when not needing it in the first place, the really high prices we are charged for luxuries just because people will pay them, and no one teaching anyone to go without and save like its a bad thing makes it real easy to have financial problems especially when something goes wrong and now you don’t know where to get money or how to pay. Dave Ramsey had a radio show & books that are great plans. We live in So Cal with 3 kids & most yrs have made less than $50k yr & “own” our own home. Its hard to learn how to scale down, do without things you feel you need but with praying for Gods help & willpower & getting FREE good financial advice you will change your life for the better. Susie Orman also is good help. Good luck. I love making budgets & that is a great way to start off to see what comes in & goes out & has set limits. A spending diary is also a great way to see where every penny really goes.

  3. prayer request

God is a God of mercy. He will never leave you nor forsaken you. God’s love is the greatest gift that we could ever possess, and He has shown us just how much through the life and death of His Son Jesus. He sent His Son Jesus so that we could have life more abundantly and does not want any man to perish. I pray that the Lord heals your finances and strengthens you in the process. To God be the Glory and in the mighty name of Jesus! Amen.

  4. Thank You

Thank You for your prayer. I am going through the same fate and really pulling all of my strength and keep my faith golden with God’s plan. I know I fell off my financial path, but fighting to get back on track!

  5. Faith

You should never feel ashamed. At times like these it is faith, kindness and generosity from strangers that will get us through these dark times. There is always light at the end of the road you just need to stay strong and remember how loved you truly are. It’s the love we give to others in our own hour of need shows our true character. Keep the faith and remember the shame you feel right now will go away because it took true strength to ask for help.

  6. prayers

  7. Help

Lord my god I’m am asking and praying for you to my request
I am in a lot of debts and unable to my bills
I father God to please bring out of this rut that I am in
In Jesus name bless me with abundance amen

  8. You Are not alone!

Please do not be so hard on yourself. We all have had times when we didn’t do the “right” thing. But remember that if you are sincere and truly repentant and try very hard not to repeat your wrongdoings, God in His Mercy will forgive you. I too, have the same problems as you and I have tried to do the right thing, but when you’re being charged outlandish interest rates for car loans/leases, rent/mortgages, and the like, it’s very difficult to ever recover. Pray to God that He’ll see you through and don’t give in. You are not a criminal, just unwise about money, but then on the other hand those that are distributing the loans, etc.. are just as wrong.
