Mom my yellow rose

by Kelly Creyke ()

Mom passed away at her home suddenly and unexpectedly at the age of 75 on April 19, 2020 and today I’m finding it so hard without her and believing she’s gone?! I had so many more things to do with her. To say to her. To share with her. What do I do with all that stuff I’ll never get to? I’m lost…hurting…hating this emotional rollercoaster ( I want off sister says “just get off it”??) I am a born again Christian & have belief she’s in her mansion made of rubies, filled with yellow roses, dancing with her daddy, in her mom’s loving arms, grandparents too welcomed her in. That’s all that gives me comfort and peace. Help me Jesus. Give me my momma’s strength to go on without her. Help me to cry, laugh, love, to carry her in my heart and in my memories. Amen
