God, I pray that you provide the dicipline for Jeovanna and I to eat the right foods that you created for us to have the healthiest life ever while here on earth. Give us the disciple to workout 3-4 times a week then gradually workout 6-7 times a week. Continue to help us use the knowledge and wisdom you have given us. Our goal at this time is to lose 30 pounds and we can not do this with out you, for we can do all things thru Christ who strengthen us… Amen..
