Dear Heavenly Father, I come humbly to you in the mighty and wonderful name of Jesus,
I am struggling at work. I am thankful and blessed to be gainfully employed, but the amount of stress coming from unhappy and rude customers, employees constantly calling out, being late, and not doing their work, to not being supporting by upper management…it’s all taking a toll on my physical and mental help.
I need this job Father, but I’m not sure how much longer I can endure this environment. I drive home feeling exhausted, shaking, and occasionally crying. I know you have something better for me, I know you love me and will make a way where there is no way. I’m simply asking for help, strength and insight.
