Lord Jesus, I thank you for all the ways in which you have supported me through my illnesses.
I pray, look with compassion and mercy upon me in my suffering. May your sacred heart move you to heal me. No one in this world has succeeded in helping me Lord, but with God all things are possible and I continue to place my trust in you.
Forgive me my sins and take pity upon me, Lord.
