I’m not sure relationships is the correct category, but I have been praying for a 60 year old depressed friend. John is in the financial business, a tough business for an honest person. On top of everything, a few years ago his house burned and he lost everything. John felt that God was focused, and he began to hate Him. About a year ago, John told me this, and apparently God gave me the correct words in responding, because within a short time John was saying that I had brought him back to God. However, his financial problems continued to grow – Satan is not giving up on him! Among other things, John has been asked to take care of funding a new business, which is now operating and its shares are close to being opened onto the market. However, John’s financial sources have dried up, and he has become very depressed. I need wisdom in prayer, but John is really the one needing prayer that he can find the resources to put the company over the ridge to open market, as well as paying some of his own debts.
