I am very lonely and depressed. Please help me to have more energy, and get back in the habit of going to church. Please help me to make some friends.

Hey Christina, I have been there myself thr past few weeks. try pray hard and fast.
Say this prayer 9 times a day for 9 day.
Oh glorious apostle St. Jude, faithful servant and friend of Jesus, the name of the traitor who delivered thy beloved Master into the hands of His enemies has caused thee to be forgotten by many, but the Church honors and invokes thee universally as the patron of hopeless cases–of things despaired of. Pray for me who am so miserable; make use, I implore thee, of that particular privilege accorded thee of bringing visible and speedy help where help is almost despaired of. Come to my assistance in this great need, that I may receive the consolations and succor of heaven in all my necessities, tribulations and sufferings, particularly (mention your request), and that I may bless God with thee and all the elect throughout eternity. I promise thee, O blessed St. Jude, to be ever mindful of this great favor, and I will never cease to honor thee as my special and powerful patron, and to do all in my power to encourage devotion to thee. Amen

You will overcome this battle. I’ve been there, it’s no fun. I understand the feeling of lonely,saddness, empty inside. The lord will guide you and seek professional help as well. Don’t give up, this too shall pass. Please take care of yourself.
Dear Christina,
I was there, and I know that being lonely is one of the the worst things that can happen to someone. But believe me, you will find happiness and meet someone. Everyone does. Till then, do not give up hope. When I look back at the years that I spend being lonely, I feel bad. There were many thing that I could have done. And the more you go out, the more people you meet, the more fun you have, you will be happier. Believe me, loneliness is in your mind. You can see it as freedom too.
Dear god I ask the holy spirit to help Christina to have more energy.
Lord you say the holy spirit was our helper she need your help now.
