I have been written up at work but was not given the opportunity to make sure that the acussation were correct. They already had the process in place without asking me to explain my actions. I feel that there is no explanation process. I feel I was not given the opportunity to explain or provide my feedback. Please pray to have God give me strength to deal with this stressfull situation and provide me the wisdom to deal with what is to come.
