I am a single mother whose daughters recently started year 7 secondary school. Following a fall out with another child we have been subjected to very serious threats, insults and bullying behaviour from the child’s mother via text message. The ex friend, of my daughter’s, mother started to be very aggressive, accusatory, using profanity and causing alarm and distress in her messages to me.
My daughter is being alienated at school and the ex friend is now intimidating my daughter by sitting with older children from the school on the bus and making it clear they’re there to protect this child from my daughter.
The school are involved however I need the Lord to intervene into this situation breaking every chain, plan and scheme of the enemy. It is impacting so much of our livelihood, my daughter is feeling low and the a lot of the girls have sided with the other child, because they knew her from primary school.
As a single mum I feel alone and frustrated that these people think it’s ok to slander and threaten a child, I’ve sought legal advice. But just want God to take control and vindicate us, working all things out for good.
I’ve had to take a day off work and recently started new job I pray for wisdom in my new job to deliver, favour in new job to get permanent leadership position once secondment ends to have stability to raise my child. For my daughter to feel the love and protection of God , to make good strong friendships and to have peace. Build a strong protection for us Lord build a hedge around us. Also my daughter is being baptised on 13th November and I pray for the Lord to continue the work He started in both of us to His completion. It impacts our church and small group as I was introduced to my daughter’s ex friend by the children’s ministry leader at my church. Interestingly the children ministry leaders son is also being accused of bullying another child i over heard whilst I was in school to talk about my daughter’s situation. So both the ex friend and the son are linked to bullying children and it’s putting a strain on my relationship with the children ministry leader as she has been silent in it all yet still hanging out with the abusive mother.
