My son is so lost. He is suffering from mental illness, depression and is a meth addict. He was molested by five Catholic priests when growing up and attending St. Anthony’s of Padua Church in Kailua, HI. I knew nothing of this until he was in his early 40s. In addition , he has brain damage from a surging accident when he was 15. Two years ago, he prevailed in a lawsuit against the Catholic Church and won a judgment of $450,000 after attorney fees. He has squandered most of his money and is now even worse as he sees that his money is dwindling. He is full of anger to the point that I am afraid of him. I cannot find the help for him that he needs. I pray for him daily, all day. He says he loves Jesus but his anger gets in the way. What he went through was horrific and I am unable to control my own anger with the Catholic Church. Hawaii had a large number of pedophile priests apparently since my children were small. I have five daughters and Chris is my only son. I love the Lord Jesus and hang on to him and his love and forgiveness. Please pray for me and my son, Christopher. Mahalo and Aloha.
