Dearest Lord Jesus,
You have given to me all during my life and done so abundantly. For this I give thanks. I fell apart when my husband died and have spent foolishly to try and overcome my great sorrow instead of looking just to You. You have supplied me with people to come along side me with purpose and help, so that I may live on what I make on Social Security. Thank you, Lord. Please help me with my debt and remind me of my living situation. Help me to conquer my debt and to live within the means you have given me. I need your help, Lord, to stop buying what might be nice to have, but to turn instead to you for my solace. In Jesus’ holy name, Amen
