Healing of the broken and lost.

by Prayers Admin ()

Dear family of prayer warriors,
I just came across this reading and the entire article and prayer touched me deeply. My husband and I are trying to head up a prayer ministry at our church. We seem to go one foot forward and two, three backwards. We would love to have prayer for our ministry but that is not why I am seeking prayers tonight. We have a 40 year old daughter who has been raised as a Christian all her life and seeks God daily. Because of many things that have happened to her in her life, both physically and emotionally, she has become extremely depressed. She is sinking deeper and deeper into a hole that is starting to consume her. She was married 20 years ago and they have 2 boys. At their ages of 1 & 3, her husband left her and the boys. She married again two years later to a man who has three kids, 2 boys and 1 girl. Her husband was not raised Christian and though he continues to say he believes, his actions don’t relay that nor has he chosen to be baptized (as he says: not now). That is the shortest way I can cut this long story short. She is slipping away and no matter how I pray for her, with her, set examples, encourage her, I don’t see anything to show me He is working in her life. In saying that, however, I know that God hears every prayer. He loves her dearly and holds her in the palm of His hands. He has a plan for her, plans for good. I believe these things; I’m just so worried about her, these five kids and her husband. I will continue to pray for her night and day – but I know that where two or more are gathered (yes, even through the internet) in His name, there He will be. Thank you for your articles, your prayers, your ministry. God Bless and keep you.

btw… our daughters name is Rachael. 🙏
