My prayer today is for healing of mind, body and spirit but particularly for a sore ankle, it is difficult to weight bare and therefore makes mobility slow and impedes activity of daily living. I pray also that hypertension and hyperthyroidism both of which I have been diagnosed with, will be regulated and the need for medication will cease. An MRI revealed an old stroke, which I was unaware of, I pray that through the power of the Holy Spirit, all these illnesses will be healed. In the midst of all these things I am thankful that after having been diagnosed with Rheumatoid arthritis at age 40, I was able to stop medication after 7 years and am now 73. I know the power of prayer and especially believe the biblical promise that when ” two or three are gathered together,” and when we pray for each other, the prayers are answered.
