There’s a mass under a bone in my left foot. Dr’s appt today. Will be determined in a few days whether malignant or not. Surgery to follow. Also, have continual, menstrual-like cramps since hysterectomy in 2019 and cannot exercise as I should and especially at my age (63), exercise is crucial. Thank you for your prayers.
