Father God I know you are a God of mercy. I come to you tonight Lord as I beseech you to stretch forth your hand of mercy over my brother Donald who is in hospital recovering from a major accident. Lord I pray that you might grant him a night of rest without the severe pain he has been experiencing.
Most importantly Lord I ask that you give him the strength to understand that you are his maker. Help him dear Father to accept you as his Saviour and to commit his life to you. We give you thanks Lord for mending the broken bones in his body and to renew him to prefect health. Bless the children at home that they might not live in fear but that they too will trust you and lean on your promises never to leave them of forsake them. We give you thanks in Jesus name.
