Dear heavenly father I come humbled before you, and ask that you please put your loving arms around me and please if it be you will, to remove this sickness that I have been fighting. I ask that you please forgive me of my sins. Please continue to guide everyone that you have sent to take care of me. I thank you for everything you have done for me, seen and unseen. I know it’s only because of you I am able. And without you, I’m not able. I give you honor glory and praise. In Jesus name I pray. Amen
