My children will attend the funeral of their father today. My daughter Isabella is 19 and my son Kieran is 22. Their father died of a heart attack at age 48. I am the exwife. I do not really know my place at this funeral but I do know that my children are hurting and grieving. Please pray for them. Please pray for supernatural favor as they continue their adult lives. Please pray for the finances of the current household from which they come including their stepmother, Amanda and their siblings Samson and Stella. Please Lord make this next year at Virginia Tech a fruitful one for Isabella. We pray for reassurance that she will be able to continue with college and her academics. Please pray for the path to be easy for Doug to pay for her college as a disabled veteran. Please pray to open our eyes Lord to what our children need and please give all of their parents the wisdom to help them in all things. In your precious name I pray, Amen.
