Lord Jesus you have always been there for me. Sometimes I’m embarrassed to ask for your help because I keep making the same mistakes. I don’t feel as close to you as I have in the past. Maybe because I am depressed and I don’t know why, you have given me so much and I am much appreciative. Please help me to help myself. Help me to feel better physically, mentally and spiritually. Help me to focus on my family and nothing more. Please help me to smile and laugh again. Give me the strength to resist temptation and do good not wrong. Please Lord I desperately need your help!
