I have been in this toxic marriage for almost 5 years. I am seriously abused by my husband who claims what he does is to help not to do harm on me and my family. He keeps criticizing me, gets annoyed or angry if I don’t agree with him. Sometimes I may say something as simple as keep the door closed would offend him. He says I don’t respect him, ignore his feelings and I am controlling (but not him). He calls me names (very disgusting, words like cXuT, bitXh). He never apologize for what he has said and done. Recently he pushed me onto the ground and hurt my back. I could not move properly for almost two weeks. He only mentioned once “I’m quite sorry about this.” That’s it. Whenever we have arguments, he would bring up all the histories about how I treated him badly at the beginning of our relationship. Because of him, I stop contacting my mother, friends. I am very desperate. Please pray for me so that I can separate with him peacefully and start a new life again.
