Father, the hour has come. Glorify your Son, that your Son may glorify you” (John 17:1).

Prayer of Protection for Your Family
Lord, I pray Your emotional, physical, and spiritual protection over my family. Keep evil far from them, and help them to trust You as their refuge and strength. I pray You will guard their minds from harmful instruction, and grant them discernment to recognize truth. I pray You will make them strong and courageous in the presence of danger, recognizing that You have overcome and will set right all injustice and wrong one day. Help them to find rest in Your shadow, as they live in the spiritual shelter You provide for them. Let them know that the only safe place is in Jesus, and that their home on earth is only temporary.
In Jesus Mighty Name I Pray.
Amen
Dear Father God,
Thank You for Your unfailing love for towards my family, Your blessings, and goodness. Thank You for Your faithfulness to guide us and see us through times of uncertainty, for lifting my family up, and setting us on high. Thank You for Scripture that comforts and reminds my family of Your promises, plan, and provision. Thank you for taking away our fears and worries, the what-ifs, and reminding my family that our help comes from You. Help my family be a good steward and to sow wisely.
In Christ’s Name our Father,
Amen.
Dear Father,
The battle my son is facing seems impossible to win. Help him to look to you when he don’t know what else to do. Help him to remember that the battle is yours, he is never alone, and that there is power in your name. Give him a desire to worship you, even when he don’t feel like it. And prepare his heart to stand firm, give thanks, and praise you, no matter the outcome.
In your mighty name,
Amen!
Daily Psalm
10/07/2020: Psalms 77
1 I cried out to God for help; I cried out to God to hear me. 2 When I was in distress, I sought the Lord; at night I stretched out untiring hands, and I would not be comforted. 3 I remembered you, God, and I groaned; I meditated, and my spirit grew faint.
Amen
Hear my cry, O God, listen to my prayer; from the end of th
e earth I call to you when my heart is faint. Lead me to the rock that is higher than I, for you have been my refuge, a strong tower against the enemy” (1-3, ESV).
Amen
Let’s Pray
God, when the road grows dark and life gets difficult, remind us that you too suffered and were persecuted. Remind us that we are not alone, and even now you see us. Help us to remember that you have paved the way for us. You have taken the sin of the world upon yourself, and you are with us in every trial.
In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
