My son just started his career after graduating college and has a sweet girl friend. However, God is not a priority and I’m not sure where his girlfriend is a Christian. I’m praying for her salvation or removal from his life if she is not the life partner God has for him. I’m also praying for my son’s repentance and recommitment to Christ.
My daughter is in college and will graduate in December. She has consistently expressed that she wants to find a church. She has never had a boyfriend or has “dated”. She said she doesn’t want to be in a relationship with anyone unless they are a Christian. Her actions however do not line up with what she tells me. She goes out every weekend and is out so late she will not get up early enough to attend church.
I have prayed for God to remove all barriers, obstacles, including people, that keep her from attending church and whole heartedly following Jesus. I am also praying for a Godly spouse. Please pray for the spirit of conviction to fall on her and she also will choose to follow Jesus over the world and she would prioritize her future career over partying all of the time. (She says she isn’t a big drinker and is usually the designated driver.) But only God really knows.
