Dear Lord, I confess that I have never been good with my finances, and that I am responsible for all of my hardships, but I so need your help now. God has already taken my payments from 1680 to 1249 per month but I still have to work two jobs in order to have money for other neccessites and emergencies. We did not want to sell it but every time i thought about saying NO, something would come over me to not back out. i did not realize it at the time, but we had a balloon payment due of 150,000 on another piece of property that was going to be due in 5 months. We would have lost it, had we not sold the one where we were at. The devil was trying to stop it. We got 12 in. of rain while waiting on underwriting and the driveway was flooded. We thought surely they would back out. They had trouble getting insurance and a loan & it was all happening while our economy was bad. To this day, i give God all the credit for that sale and the one before it too. We also got good money out of them both. We all get ourselves in messes and God has to get us out. We have to learn from our mistakes so sometimes it may take awhile for your prayer to be answered. And you have to be good to others and take care of what you have. If you don’t take care of the home or car you have now, God will not provide you with another one. And thank Him everyday for the blessings he provides.
