God has laid it on my heart to run for city council in our town of 159,000 people. The city has changed from a city of character, integrity and history to a city of corruption, deceit and wickedness. It’s all coming from the current city council members who happen to be men who piggyback on their
idol, the current Mayor. They are instituting bullying, exclusivity and under the table deals. They have eliminated community engagement and transparency down to a fraction. God wants me to be part of a movement that will eradicate these practices. Please pray with me to allow my campaign to be powerful, productive and effective. Pray that the Holy Spirit will convict the voters to pivot and vote for all new council members and vote out those who do not have the city’s best interest at heart. Also pray that God will convict people who know me and have the monetary means to support my campaign but haven’t come up to the plate thus far. These seated council members are all part of the old boys network, they think everyone else must bow down to them. I only bow down and pray to God not man.
Pray with me that I get the most votes in this race which takes place in November of this year. Pray that God will open the eyes of men and women to accept the fact that my run is God’s will and I am aligning my will with His will. This race is not in my hands but in Gods hands and it’s a movement that is being orchestrated by the God. God is not please, He is going to upset the status quo. My run for office is Providential and in Divine order. Please pray with me to help fight this battle.
