Father God, heal my son. Forgive him and me of our sins. I repent and am sorry for the things that I’ve said and done and thought that are wrong. I turn away from those things. Lord, I try to live a life that honors you, don’t I? I try to make conscious choices to set a good example for you. Doesn’t that count for anything? You know the sacrifices I’ve made for you and how I’ve tried to please you. I know I can never earn your kingdom or your love, that I have those through your grace in Jesus Christ our savior. When will you stop my pleading and turn and heal my son from the crushing pain he endures every day? Lord, rebuke the demons of pain and forgive him and set him free, I ask in the name of our savior Jesus, your only perfect son, who died for us and who you brought back to life. Bring my son back to a life without pain and suffering. Bring him into your marvelous light and love and joy. Forgive his bitterness and doubt in you. Thank you and praise you, Father God, that you are our hope and our salvation. Thank you for your mercy and love and compassion. Your will be done on earth, as it is in heaven. Amen.
