Urgent request. We had to dismiss our son from the family business this week, due to insubordination/disrespectfulness, Late to work for the last 3 years and can’t seem to correct it, Bad attitude & full blown rebellion. The challenge is that he has an anger problem and has injured my back in the past, which took 2 years to mend. He lives in the adjoining home where he and his wife live in ramshackle condition. We have to take further action in regard to boundaries around the house that they do not manage, but would fight over. The property is owned by father in law, but will be my wife’s inheritance, so we want to maintain it far better than what we currently are seeing. His wife is home 24/7 but will not manage their side, so we will be taking over more of the grounds. WW3 and violence is conceivable.
