My son, Mitchell, has some “issues”, might even be high-end spectrum. Age 20, college is not for him, does not do well testing, so pursuing a job. Has had other physical difficulties so not your average teenager. He has no friends other than online gamers. Prayers for wisdom for him to make the right choice. WorkForce Ready is involved in helping him as a job coach, but some places do not want their involvement. He needs an employer/coworkers that will help him, love on him, encourage him. What looks like a better opportunity for him, or the preferred one, might not be the right fit — Chic-fil-A, Buccee’s, both 30 miles away — but as a cafeteria worker at the local ISD might be. We all need to be open-minded and see what God’s will is for him, short term and long term. Prayers for guidance, discernment and wisdom for us all. That he walks through the door that God wants him to and pray that God closes other options so my son would know. Thank you in advance,
