I emailed my pension company to place my pension funds into drawdown mode (so I could withdraw from them), however they emailed me back to say they were instead withdrawing it as a lump sum it into a bank account (contrary to my instructions). I phoned them about this and they said they had sent me a generic email by mistake, and that in fact they were following my original instructions. So I asked them to confirm that by email (which they haven’t). Please pray that I won’t be defrauded in this matter and that I will get my pension funds in drawdown mode as I requested.
