Creator of Heaven and Earth, giver of life I come to you today with tears in my heart and faith , I have lived a reckless life I have been promiscuous I have been everything bad. I come before You today to ask for forgiveness of sins and beg you for another chance at life. I pray you fix every broken thing in my body and heal me completely.
