Please pray over this request for me I need perspective and Wisdom for my future. My life I Trusted in God’s hands and I Believe and Trust He’ll give my inheritance back as He promised because He gave it to me long time ago. Now satan think its a gamble and i refuse to let him because God has the final say of my Blessings… And He will ensure that it will not be used for satans evil deeds because of money… I stand in agreement I will get it back rightfully and He will ensure my blessings not be stolen and the Lion of Judah will walk before me to make my paths straight no and forever. Amen 🙏

Kindly find attached hereto the latest correspondence in settlement of the matter from the attorney. He essentially wants to do a screening of you in order to determine whether you are in a position to purchase the property back on an installment basis whilst also satisfying an additional occupational rental fee. Remember I had to convince him as to an installment sale as Lerato was not in agreement previously.

Please let me know if you are willing to furnish them with 12 months bank statements and payslips so that he can convince Lerato as to your affordability in re-purchasing your property.

The sooner I get it off to them the sooner I can try and convince them as to your re-purchasing of the property.

11:09:00 – Consult (Teams): Lerato Motseki – Before round-table I opted to speak to attorney directly – Occupier wants to buy property back – Has new job – cannot get loan – would have to be by instalments – before determination of price, deposit, instalements and rent, he is worried about affordability – we need not do a full credit check as yet, but would need to at least see payslips and banks statements for last 12 months – this will give indication as to reaslistic affordability – he will then take it to partners.
