Dear heavenly Father,
I confess with my mouth and tongue that I am a sinner. I willfully sinned against you and I admit my mistakes to the one true Father that has always loved me and been faithful. Please forgive me God as I have learned and truly turned against my ways. I know your ways and will pick up my cross daily and follow you. Please god cover me in the name of Jesus that I will never commit the sin of fornication or lust. That I will preserve my body for you lord. I pray in the mighty name of Jesus that I have no sickness or disease related to fornication in Jesus name. I pray that I am healed and clean of all STD/STI in Jesus mighty name. No weapon formed against me shall prosper. I am asking by your grace only and by your authority that I will be HIV negative when I receive my results. I ask for true healing and restoration in Jesus mighty name Jehovah Jireh. Jehovah Nisseh. Father God I surrender all things to you that you may hear my plea and grant me favor and I will worship you because I truly love you with all my heart God. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.
