I appreciate your prayers. I am on no meds and I’ve been doing good. Lately I’ve noticed that my bp is spiking from time to time. I’m not sure what’s going on? My eating hasn’t changed and I am somewhat physical and not over weight. I’m believing for my healing. I believe the Lord is able and will because he is Jehovah Rapha my healer.
