Heavenly father today is my 53rd Birthday, I have been struggling with weight all of my life I am asking for guidance and support to finally stop abusing my body by over eating. Help me and others to defeat this troubling health issue. Give us the tools we need to overcome this overwhelming life of obesity. I pray this in Jesus name Amen
