pray for me to buy a house that is cheaper than rented house I have chosen two very low cost house by a private owner . I need help with a downpayment or right out the full amount for the house. First time homebuyer program . my credit is average. I get the house the private are not like the realtors charging for every thing. I worry about i am staying in a hotel in a money is limited. And I pray my a body healing the not having a place to stay is stressful. Praise God
